"I..." before Barry had a chance to respond, the enraged slider demanded in no uncertain terms: "TELL them TO-NIGHT!!!" Then he was gone - leaving to spend as much time with his family as possible before sunrise came to force him back to that lonely place of Limbo.

The blue-haired girl turned around in horror. Adrien laughed nervously.
“Guess the secret’s out, huh, babe?” he said to the room. She glared at him as he approached. He mouthed ‘play along’ at her while his back was turned.
“This will benefit you,” he hissed. The girl raised a sharp eyebrow, debated it for a moment, then turned to Lila and smiled.

Defeating the Red Ring seems like the easy part. With Shroud dead, Robert returns home to find Invisigal waiting for him in his bedroom. Deliriously exhausted, Robert interrogates the now former Z-Team member. Soon, none of that seems to matter when Robert finds Visi in the midst of a severe asthma attack.
With the help of Mandy, the two reconcile. Robert invites Visi back to the team, but they can't savor the reunion for long—Mandy and Robert receive an email threatening to reveal who Mecha Man really is. As the Z-Team finds a balance, one ex-Red Ring member disrupts it all. Yet, it brings Robert and Visi closer. Eventually, their relationship becomes an asset to the Z-Team as they prepare for another takedown.

Post-canon continuing after a "villain" ending to Dispatch. Robert failed to defend Invisigal or free her, which becomes a major part of their arguments at the beginning. Much to Visi's disappointment, he'd also leaned out of her kiss. Blonde Blazer/Mandy and Robert are entirely platonic. -

5-28-26: (okay, so no one was going to tell me that I was time traveling to August?) ANYwho, finally decided on the name. You, uh, you you say the name of the .hack stuff. And I don't even think I explained why, even. Well, simply put, Caine got deleted, in-canon... but here he didn't. He got _almost_ deleted. Files that are partially deleted... they're just corrupt, are they not? So, yeah. I also kinda wanted to emphasize how that changes not only him, but everyone else. Because no character is coming out unscathed. Like... NO one. Everything changes. Everything corrupts. :P
6-22-26: Aaaaaand here we are. (E9 is the fook AMAZEBALLS, btw...) And, as such... ... Three days again, bby! Whooooo! (That's, uh, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.) Need that extra day, or else finishing this is going to take... well, two whole ass years like the original TADC. XD
