Suguru wakes up with such a big and unpleasant wave of cramps and pains in his body. Especially his stomach. All he can do is ignore it and go to class.
He shows up around two hours late and has a mental break down and screams angrily at Satoru. He can barley control his emotions which is something he can always do.
He suddenly develops a fever and is rushed to Shokos office by Satoru, the same white haired and lanky friend who angered the same man he's carrying to the nurses office not too long ago.
Suguru wakes up and is told the worse news he could possibly hear at that point and time. All he can do is sit and wonder how things will work out for the two of them.

After miraculously getting alive to the servers room, the former employee faints out of exhaustion and the severity of his wounds after being impalated by the Prototype, almost drowned in Poppy Gel, and then electrocuted by Giblet.
It would be so pathetic of him dying like that, wouldn’t it be? For that reason, Harley Sawyer instructs Giblet on how to keep him alive at least for a couple hours more. Not due to a selfish desire― not entirely― but because he couldn’t believe someone that made it up alive with “him” would die so easily.
Transferring his consciousness to Glowby, Dr. Sawyer is able to measure the former employee’s vitals when Glowby was attached to his wrist instead of the Grabpack. This way he would be entirely conscious if the employee was about to faint again. Also, it was an easier way for him to pass up as a simple, innocent Glowby toy if the Prototype finds them again.
