The arm around him falls slack, and he can see Kobayashi open his mouth to say something, but before he can, a deep, confused voice speaks behind Satori.
Great, Satori thinks. They really had to pull another person into this? Isn’t two enough?
“Oh, am I interrupting?”
Satori whips his head around and meets eyes with an olive-haired boy. His hands are shoved in his pockets, unsure, and Satori’s eyes brighten at the realization that he’s not with them. Instead, this boy’s attention is focused solely on him and is so tense and self-conscious that Satori quickly understands he had no clue what he was walking into.
He can feel the two retreat from behind him; their game interrupted and no longer fun. Satori ignores them and shakes his head before he loses the chance to talk to the boy in front of him. He pats a patch of grass next to him, inviting him to sit. “You’re not.”

The darker side of that secret was that he was head over heels in love with his twin. And that was fine because Atsumu was a teenage womanizer, so Osamu could dream that ‘gaytsumu’ belonged to him. That no other man would touch his precious brother. That is, until the friendship with Tsukishima developed.
Tsukishima set off Osamu’s gaydar the minute they made eye contact when the blond arrived at their doorstep. He was cold, sarcastic, and his eyes studied Osamu with a confidence and cockiness that worried Osamu that he’d already been with other guys. Osamu was beside himself with anxiety for the whole afternoon that Tsukishima spent at their house.

Asahi had no business going back to the music store. He had no record player, no walkman, not even a CD-Player. He kept all his music on a streaming app like the rest of the people born in this century. There really was no reason for him to get on the train and travel 40 minutes to a music store on the other side of town.
Absolutely no need.
