Hajime Hinata is an AI, along with Chiaki Nanami. They have been tasked in making sure the remnants get rehabilitated, and everything in the Neo World Program runs smoothly to the future foundations liking.

He takes one final, rattling breath, ignoring the pain that comes with it, and charges as soon as Momota reaches out and takes the antidote in his bloodied hand. Immediately he feels his body seize up, nerves firing and screaming at the sudden movement, but he stumbles and pushes through it. He closes his right hand into a fist, Momota’s shocked gaze meeting his just moments before he feels a hand clasp around his neck, firm and unrelenting and painfully familiar.
