Ugh. I'm sorry to hear that has happened, but it's not appropriate to mention in a status report; it's a very serious and unrelated issue. I'm concerned about it because there should be zero tolerance for abuse of staff. Any ao3 member or user who abuses staff should be blocked permanently and immediately. This is not a situation where you ask people to be nicer. I hope I'm making sense.
