I'm disgusted that anyone would treat you guys badly. Please be assured that we truly and sincerely love you and all you do for our enjoyment. I can't imagine life without this great and wonderful archive. It truly is the best and I'm never annoyed at the down times, especially because you are so very good in keeping us up to date via twitter and explaining the whats and whys. You are all great and most of us are extremely grateful for all you are doing. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
