By an old Republic law, all members of the Jedi High Council are senators in the Galactic Senate, and can thus be voted in as chancellor. A Senator from a less prominent planet has had enough of Chancellor Palpatine's incompetence and calls for a Vote of No-Confidence and the installation of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic.
This one action becomes the catalyst that changes the direction of the galaxy.

Summary
I began writing Reprise in November 2015, after having a hankering for a good time travel AU and then being unable to find one that fit my niche craving. I wrote chapters 1 through 3 as a casual experiment, a kind of character study of Ben Kenobi.
Half a million words and nearly a decade later, here we are.

I will always have the Force."But, after the initial shock wears off, having the Force doesn’t feel sufficient. Obi-Wan has the Force, yes, but very little else.
And it is terrifying.
(Obi-Wan suffers for decades, for no other reason than that Palpatine is unsurprisingly evil.

After delivering Luke to Owen and Beru on Tatooine, Obi-Wan has no fight left in him. Bleeding from dozens of mental, telepathic wounds, he succumbs to his mental injuries and dies on Tatooine. But, instead of passing on...he finds himself in the past, surrounded by his friends and family.
There's only one problem: he doesn't believe it. And the Jedi might not believe he's there for good either...after all, the bleeding lightsaber he came with tells its own story. Not everything is as it seems...Obi-Wan's memories aren't matching up with everything he sees in the past, and he spots a few small, but disturbing, differences. What could be going on?
I will be picking up this story and adding my own spin on it for the time being. I hope you enjoy!

Summary
Luke Skywalker finds himself trying to evacuate both himself and his dying father from the second Death Star following the Battle of Endor. At this moment, he remembers that Old Ben Kenobi had taught him the basics of Force-healing. Having thus stabilized his father’s condition enough to bring him to the field hospital in the Rebel Alliance base, he and the rest of the Rebellion must figure out what to do with the former Darth Vader. Enter Vokara Che, now 75, who finally has her most challenging case yet as a healer. Leia struggles with her decidedly Dark feelings about her birth father, while Ahsoka is a voice of reason, gently encouraging her old master to be more-or-less Anakin again, while helping the Skywalker twins deal. Other Jedi survivors come out of the woodwork for an internal Jedi tribunal of sorts, with the whole galaxy watching.
