Summary
Uzi Doorman just wants to survive.
But on a frozen, devastated planet where worker drones are relentlessly hunted for their oil by disassembly drones, eldritch mechanical beasts, oil traders, raiders, and Robo-God knows what else, survival is asking for a miracle. Uzi thought she and her dad were doing a good job of staying hidden, until they unexpectedly cross paths with two starving disassembly drones. Now all four of them find themselves tangled in a mystery none of them fully understand.
Because Uzi is hiding something.
And in a world built on hunger, some secrets are more dangerous than monsters.

Until one day when a young man bought a location with the intention of reviving the old bear and co under better management and ideals.

HEADS UP: This story involves Human AU versions of the MD characters, as well as focusing on the Canon from the original four games with a mix of my own ideas.

Summary
A simple expedition to collect scraps from the city goes haywire when a freak storm rushes in without warning. Left dangerously low on supplies, Uzi looks for whatever she can to charge herself long enough to get home. Who cares if the weird glowing canister looks like the nanites the Disassemblers use? It's high in nutrition and it doesn't say it can hurt her!
(Otherwise known as Uzi making a very poor decision and having to deal with the consequences)
