Summary
Alternative Universe, the main cast exist within an authoritarian Dystopian govt. Called Dystopia! It's modern and adjacent enough to default society. The govt. has made A TON of civil-right infringing laws. Any kind of queer/LGBTQIA+ expression is illegal. Religion is legally regulated heavily. Censorship is a BIG theme, within twisted propaganda and judicial jungle-gyms. You'll get it quickly... Dystopia is also running a hidden genocide of supernatural beings! Called 'Historicals'. (Some of the TADC canon characters are creatively written to be varied examples of theses "magical" folk.) The story provides contextual (original/AU) lore explaining how everyone got IN and OUT of the Digital Circus. The ragtag crew, some main characters, may end up initializing a world-saving govt. revolt! The story also provides detailed, fleshed out character development for Jax. Spares him from any "death", allows them to transition! They end up getting a "happy-ever-after" plot with Pomni's AU character.The story also provides thought out, sometimes spicy, storylines following Gangle's and Zooble's relationship.*(GANGLES AU CHARACTER IS HEAVILY ALT TO CANON!)
