Summary
Tatooine wasn't always completely boring. There were Sandpeople, Jawas and Hutt enforcers everywhere. Plenty of fun places to race speeders and shoot wamp rats. No matter how much he wanted to leave the place, Luke's days weren't always monotonous. He had never had one like this before, though. Hadn't even considered it a possibility. Never thought he'd be almost killed twice. Or that in order to save the one who saved him, he'd have to marry a man he had known for a matter of hours.
A pre A New Hope story that explores bonds, love and cultures as Luke and Din learn more about themselves and each other.

The newly reformed, and quickly growing, Mandalorians and their fearsome king have announced they will not join the New Republic’s hold and it is making keeping the peace become progressively more difficult to the point political marriage may be the only way to prevent bloodshed. However, no one in the New Republic can meet the impossible standards set by the Mand’alor.

Wei Ying tilted his chin up, and tipped his head to the side.
Lan Wangji physically felt the blood rush to his face. Wei Ying had bared his neck to him. He abruptly felt weak and felt his arms tremble as they supported him above Wei Ying. His legs cramped.
Teasing or not, Lan Wangji would not deny him.
Lan Wangji seizes his chance to scent Wei Wuxian at the Phoenix Mountain Hunt. Somehow, this fixes everything.

Jiang Cheng turned his head back towards the ceiling, shaking it, "Absolutely not."
"Yeah right," Wei Wuxian laughed, "name one alpha who smells better."
Jiang Cheng lifted his hand and began to list off names, counting them with his fingers. "Lan Xichen, Nie Mingjue, Jin Zixuan—"
"THE PEACOCK?" Wei Wuxian screeched.
Jiang Cheng only shrugged in response, "Hey, you know I hate the guy as much as you do, but I won't lie and say he doesn't smell good."
