“Harvey's in a bad place. The last time I saw him like this, things did not end well.” Jessica moved smoothly back around her desk and pulled open the middle drawer. She pulled out a key and swipe card and walked straight back up to Mike, coming right into his personal space and pressing the items hard into his hand. “Whatever you said to him, it's on you to fix this.”
The trial run is over, PearsonHardman is no longer under attack and even Tanner has let go of his choke-hold on Harvey's career. So why doesn't this feel like a win? Set between 2x07: Sucker Punch and 2x08: Rewind.

Summary
After picking a fight with a shady plaintiff, Jessica put Harvey on unofficial suspension to keep him from drawing attention to the firm. As far as anyone is concerned, Harvey is on vacation. As far as Harvey is concerned, he's in hell. Feeling bored and a bit restless, he reaches out to try and get details on an important case and Mike is the best– and only– available source. They get lunch and one thing leads to another.
