After all, what better way to advertise their power, their mystique, their magic, than to use the reputation of beings known for all three? It's not as if they can complain, seeing as how they don't exist. Right?
At least, that's the general consensus of mages in Earthland. A consensus that suits mischievous Fiadh all too well. After all, if the guild didn't want to have them around, then perhaps it shouldn't have gone and named itself in such an attractive manner. Names do have power, after all. And a faerie would know all about that.

When Ino whispers to her at lunch one day that she's going to marry Sasuke and make him her omega, Sakura feels her anxiety give way to anger. She knows Ino was looking for a reaction, with the way she studies every inch of Sakura's face as she says it, but Sakura has felt so helpless for so long that she snaps.
"When I present as an alpha, I'm going to marry him!" It wasn't what she'd planned on saying, nor did she have any desire to marry Uchiha Sasuke (even if he was cute, he wasn't as cute as Ino, and his dad kind of scared her).
Ino presents as an alpha at age six, and Sakura loses control of herself.

Summary
For a moment, Haruka watches Sakae cycle through a series of thoughts. Belatedly, panic begins to set in. It must occur to Sakae just as Haruka realizes exactly what's wrong with him, and he scrambles to get up off the couch before Sakae can say anything.
"I have to go home," he says, too rushed to sound casual, and stumbling through the living area, but he's not faster than Sakae in this moment as Sakae seizes his wrist.
"Haruka."
"Don't," Haruka starts, not facing Sakae. The panic squeezes his chest. No one was supposed to find out.
"You aren't sick, are you?" Sakae continues.
"Shut up," Haruka whispers, vision spinning uncomfortably fast, whether from his panic or his current condition, he's not sure.

"Satori," Wakatoshi whispers, and the name is too close. He's practically kissing his ear. "What is this?"
His finger brushes over one of his wings.
"It's just a tattoo, Wakatoshi-kun," Satori says, voice low, shivering as Wakatoshi traces a line across it, callused fingers impossibly gentle, before resting his palm on the back of his neck, warm and burning, like when the soulmark came in.
"Oh." Wakatoshi blinks. Presses his ankle against Satori's. Leans closer, like there’s no skin or clothes between them, like they’re one entity, like it’s just the two of them in this cramped room, cocooned away by Wakatoshi’s intensity or his touch. "Can you show it to me?" he asks.
Satori's soulmate mark blooms just after he moves to France. Tattooing over it might be his biggest mistake.
