Summary
Order 66 goes out. The clone troopers execute their Generals. Jaro Tapal dies in an escape pod and Cal lands on Bracca alone, one of the few surviving Jedi in a galaxy that suddenly wants him dead. Under those circumstances, all he can do is blend in with the scrappers, keep his head down and his eyes open, and try to trust in a Force he can no longer connect with. He shuts his mouth so he never says anything suspicious and then decides perhaps it’s best if he just doesn’t talk at all.
After five years, he’s pretty sure he’s forgotten how.

Summary
The holoprojector flickered to life. The image was of a low quality and half-obscured, hindered by whatever surface the spy droid had hidden itself behind, but clear enough to make out Kestis and the Nightsister in the midst of fighting a company of Imperial troops. They made short work of the remaining soldiers; it was undeniably an impressive display, but not a true testament of the Jedi’s power, judging by Vader’s interest.

“Second Brother.” She says as he steps through the haze of smoke. “I’ve heard many tales.”

A party was never quite a proper party in Tevinter until there was at least one assassination attempt, and the novelty in the attempt at Magister Caius’ party lay not quite in its actual occurrence but in the ambition of its assassin.
At the height of Caius’ decidedly juvenile lyrium-laced drinking game, during the start of dinner, Magister Fabiana made a sudden gesture close to the Divine, all the while leaning closer, as if to say something private. Divine Leonthius' hand snapped up, viper-quick, grabbing Fabiana’s hand high on the wrist. She rose from her seat, fright and outrage both in her eyes, fire stealing hot up from her trapped wrist before it was abruptly… gone.
Shock froze Fabiana’s snarl in her throat, even as, with a gentle, almost intimate economy, Leonthius pulled Fabiana towards him and shoved a dagger up through her ribcage.

“Don’t be so childish.” Kassandra was leaning in the shade of a tree, watching something in a glade beyond. She wore a golden cuirass hung with intricately patterned leather straps, gems, and purple strips. Her helmet was nowhere to be seen, her thick braid curled over one blue-cloaked shoulder. The Aegis was strapped to her back with her spear, though Medusa’s head was sealed out of the battlefield, visible only as a fine etching on shining brass.

Obi-Wan hesitated. Anakin’s lightsaber was still active, still bathing its owner in the crimson light that spoke of blood and anger, but his distress was palpable in the Force. Anakin swayed, and then he toppled over in much the same way a mountain crumbled. The lightsaber carefully, slowly—as if it doubted that it should—rolled out of his fingers, dark moondust engulfing the gleaming hilt.
Anakin didn’t move.
“Oh, blast it all,” Obi-Wan breathed out, and found himself on his knees in front of the suit he’d nearly destroyed only minutes ago. His lightsaber hissed as he deactivated it and hung it on his belt, and his hands hovered over Anakin uselessly. The debris of the same rocks he’d thrown at him now dug painfully in his knees, and he could feel the way that dirt and soot were clinging to his skin, mixing with sweat.
This was the worst possible thing he could do, and he wordlessly asked for absolution as he grabbed Anakin by his armpits and began to heave him towards his starship.

Summary
