Summary
Yeosang clears his throat and says, “I’m tired.” As he speaks, he hooks one finger into the silver hoop that sits snugly at the base of his throat. It’s threaded through a delicate chain and secured at his nape with a locking clasp that only opens with the key that Jongho keeps in his wallet at all times (or with the emergency copy that Yeosang keeps in his own wallet, sealed in a small envelope labelled for emergencies only).
As Jongho stares at him, smile fading away and eyes darkening, Yeosang gently tugs on the hoop.
Over the years, they’ve come up with their own language that is composed primarily of gestures and short phrases. In this instance, I’m tired is code for I need to stop thinking. On its own, it would be a sign that Yeosang isn't doing well, but when combined with the gentle tug of his collar, it means more than I want to leave.
It means I need you to shut my brain off.
And based on how Jongho’s eyes darken further, he’s up to the task.

Pete’s eyes move from the stage to the booth tucked into a corner, and that’s when he sees him.
Vegas.
He’s on one of the raised platforms, in a high backed chair with his legs spread, a glass of wine twirling between his fingers. His jewelry glitters in the low light, chain around his throat, rings on his fingers, hoops in his ears, and his gaze is relaxed and contemptuous.
There is a man kneeling between his legs, his mouth eagerly working at the shape of Vegas’s cock — which is mostly hidden but enough visible for Pete’s cheeks to flush — and Vegas has his free hand buried in the kneeling man’s hair.

Or Pete goes to a kink club to be auctioned to the highest bidder and runs into Vegas, who spends an obscene amount of money to “purchase” Pete for the evening. -

Arm and Pol are both in black tie, looking exceptionally polished. Pete gives them a slow glance over and deduces that they are here as guests and not staff, which puts them both in neutral ground.
“Pete,” Arm says first, looking at Pete with a strange expression on his face. “You look…”
“My pet looks stunning, doesn’t he?” Vegas replies, tightening his grip on Pete’s hip. He reaches out with his free hand and lifts Pete’s chin up so the light catches on the diamond collar. “Had to make sure he was the prettiest thing here.”
“Khun Vegas,” Arm says, bowing slightly. “It’s… nice to see you.”
“Is it?” Vegas pulls Pete closer against him with a smirk. “Lying is unbecoming.”
