Cyrus had a tight grip on his hair, wrenching his head back at an unnatural angle. MacCready's neck muscles strained and his back arched uncomfortably from the force.
"You're not deaf, are you Private?" Cyrus's tone was mocking, taunting almost. MacCready let out a breathy gasp as Cyrus gave his hair another sharp tug, forcing his chin to tilt upwards, bringing their eyes to meet.
