"There's been an issue," The manager says, his eyes darting between Seokjin and Namjoon like he can't quite know who to address. Seokjin nods to get him to keep going and the manager's attention darts back to him. "With your flat, Jin-ah. The police called. Seems like someone broke into it while you were away for the day. You can't go back, obviously, though they put someone to guard your door while they investigate. We've been looking into finding you a hotel room for the night, but maybe you'd prefer going to your family..." He’s wringing his hands nervously. Next to Seokjin, Namjoon has tensed almost imperceptibly. The hand on his back fists the back of his shirt then releases it.
"You can come to mine," Namjoon says, his deep voice reassuring so close to Seokjin's ear. Their eyes meet when Seokjin turns his head towards him, and he’s surprised to find him looking alert, no sleepiness to detect on his face. His attention is all on him, the manager excluded from their discussion. "In the spare room, yeah?"

The first clear thought that flitted through Jimin’s head was beautiful. Min Yoongi was beautiful, with skin white as sugar, eyes dark glinting crescents, lips pink and bowed, and the cutest button nose Jimin had ever seen. He was wearing a black hoodie, the hood rucked up against the back of his bleach blonde hair, sleeves of the sweater covering everything except his fingertips.
The second thought was crap, he hates me.

Jimin is trying to figure out how to stop having a crush, with little success. Probably because he’s not trying all that hard.
(or, in which Jimin is paired with grumpy, upperclassman Min Yoongi, whom he maybe definitely likes a lot more than is appropriate for a platonic class partnership)
