Instantly, Kim Dokja is aware of their compromising situation, a shirtless Yoo Joonghyuk standing between his spread legs. They freeze, and spring apart guiltily. Han Sooyoung looks between them with raised eyebrows.
“Muscles.” Kim Dokja clears his throat. “I was talking about his... big muscles.”
Kim Dokja slips up one day and has sex with Yoo Joonghyuk. He then continues to make such blunders, all the while trying to show how absolutely, entirely casual and unbothered he is about the whole thing.

i feel like this handled a lot of things really well, which i'm so impressed with. i also love the writing style. i don't know how to to explain it, but this is perfectly blended between modern-xianxia worlds. i also love how luo binghe is written in this!
super fun to read. you know how you can sometimes tell that the author is intelligent just based on the writing style alone? yeah. hilarious, but really insightful at times, which i didn't expect at all, and peak emotions. definitely 10/10.
