Ilya had told him how to roll a joint once when he was particularly high and fumbling around trying to roll one, the muscles in his fingers made clumsy by the substance. Shane had secretly practiced until they looked similar to Ilya's, the weed packed tight and even with a perfect twist on the end. He rolled the joint, his practiced fingers working quickly, then licked the paper and twisted the end, putting the finished product into his pocket with the lighter.
Shane finally made his way to Ilya, placing a tender kiss to his temple as he sat down on the couch next to him. "Hey, I brought you this." He produced the joint from his pocket, holding it out to Ilya in his palm.
Ilya grabbed it and examined it closely, turning it over a few times before locking eyes with Shane, his lids only half open. "You did this, yes?"
"Yes baby, want you to relax tonight," Shane said with a smile.
