It is his first time leaving the oceanic nation of Uzushio, though he does not worry: for there has never been a ship to leave their ports that does not return in perfect shape, with crew intact. Of course, he’s heard stories of creatures that reside within the deep; monstrous beings or enchanting figures that seek to drown a passing sailor. But he’s never believed them. Why would he? The Uzumaki, after all, are loved by the sea.

    “Stop it with your books, Midoriya, I’m starting to think you actually believe that shit,” Denki said, dropping the fishing cane to the floor so he could attend someone’s order.

    The blond huffs. “I don’t need your help. That clear? BUT. Since you decided to step into my territory, let’s call this your fee...”
